Individual Psychotherapy We offer expertise in a wide range of mental health and well-being issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma therapy. Group trainings and workshops in sex therapy, prevention of sex abuse, etc. are offered to mental health professionals, doctors, nurses, psychologists, counselors, etc.
Cross-Cultural Counseling We are the international team of professionals offering cross-cultural assistance for foreigners in Japan who struggle with acculturation stress, cultural adaptation, etc. We can help if you experience psychological difficulties when living in Japan, struggling with work environment or everyday life.
